Nintendo Joy-Con Problem
If you are unfamiliar, Nintendo had faced a lot of criticism for its drifting Joy-Con issue. The Joy-Con issue happened after Switch owners realized that the device was still detecting the movement, despite the controllers being untouched.
A user from Seattle, Washington got became so frustrated that he took Nintendo to Court. According to him, his replacement for Joy-Con By Nintendo was also faulty. This became a serious issue because Nintendo had sent him a wrong controller despite the product being under a one-year warranty.
Well, today Nintendo’s President Shuntaro Furukawa has come forward and apologized about the Joy-Con issue. In an Investor meeting, Furukawa said
On the other hand, he refused to comment on any sort of inquiries Nintendo may provide. If you have a faulty Joy-Con, and you are looking to get it replaced, you can contact Nintendo, and they will offer you a free replacement. Likewise, anyone who has already paid for a fix can also request a refund.

The company’s security and reputation which was impeccable for so many years has really dropped. The most notable problem with all these issues is that Nintendo never takes the problem seriously. The only statement they previously gave about this massive Joy-Con issue was ” We take great pride in creating quality products”, “We are aware of recent reports that some Joy-Con Controllers are not responding correctly”
I think it’s time, Nintendo steps up and provides a hassle-free solution for the Joy-Con problem across the globe.
